In article results of screening assessment of various options of yeastrels are provided to T-2 models of toxicosis of white rats within 30 days. Mikotoxicoses modelled introduction to a toxin T- 2 diet in a dose 0,4 mg/kg of a forage. Investigated efficiency against the background of a mikotoxicoses and a non-toxic diet of the following drugs (in doses): barmy walls (0,25% of the mass of a forage), solution barmy P-glucans (entered daily animal to enter in a stomach 0,05 ml); liquid fraction of a yeastrel (entered daily animal to enter in a stomach 0,05 ml), firm fraction of a yeastrel (entered daily animal to enter in a stomach 0,05 ml). As a result of the conducted researches it was established, it is possible to conclude that practically all tested drug received from yeast have protective action, except liquid fraction of a yeastrel, have protective action. Use of a solid phase of a yeastrel and P-glucans solution of the providing 100 % survival, prevention decrease in body weight, normalization of indicators of the clinical and immune statuses appeared the most effective at T-2 toxicosis of animals. At their use against the background of feeding of a non-toxic diet higher gain of body weight was also observed.
