The consideration is based on reflections on the nature of the creative ethno-worldview, as well as on the understanding of the relations of traditions and innovation in them in the processes of analyzing the conformity of author's decisions with the actual demands of the ethnosocium. As conclusions, it is possible today with good reason to openly talk about such negative phenomena that have emerged in the XXI century, as the trends of loss of national identity and national identity for the literatures of the peoples of Russia. It follows from this that the problems of assimilation of "small" ethnic groups, and hence languages, are now more acute than ever before, which cannot but worry, since every loss of ethnoculture is irreplaceable.
