The paper considers the "Critique of the power of Judgement," the final part of the "critical" of one of the most famous classics of the XVIII century -Immanuel Kant, whose ideas formed the concept for the development of thought. Some of the tenets of his legacy in contemporary philosophy of art take for granted. Philosophy has its own form of the universal spirit, sense, as the first stage of knowledge, is not determinative, but it can not be discarded. Moreover, a sensual mediates him thinking. Arts, naming only the immediate form of the universal spirit, before appealing to the artistic consciousness, and only then to think. Despite the originally sensuous nature of aesthetic perception, it is removed the gap between freedom and necessity. The problem of genius, Kant raised in respect of creation, is mediated by the fundamental idea of the subject's activity. External can not determine the subject's thought, on the contrary -the originality of the subject, its feature, including the heart, identifies the object. Judgement of taste is not the only mediator between intellect and mind, it is self-sufficient, and therefore free from external and utilitarian.
