Stages of construction of individual educational route of a sports coach

The article discusses the need sport coach at selfeducation that are implemented with the design and implementation of individual educational trajectory in the system of additional professional education. The article discusses the author developed the stages and technologies of realization of individual educational route of a sports coach, as well as establishes the correspondence of these stages, updated pedagogical features. The identified research problem is confirmed by the needs of modern companies in sports teachers, coaches who do a steady self-education in order to have the opportunity to implement innovative educational policies in the field of physical culture (PhC). These requirements are stated in the GEF new generation of the professional standard "Teacher", and confirmed "Strategy of development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for the period till 2020" [1]. The problem of optimal organization of professional self-education sports coach has been studied by many scientists. Among them: Ivanov A.Yu., Dmitriev N.A., Kamenskya J.N., Romanov V.L. [11, p. 83; 6, p. 38; 12, p. 5; 14, p. 62]. Many of them stressed the importance in the process of self-education sports coach of the system of additional professional education. Some of these scholars also turned their attention to the potential of an individual trajectory of development of each sports coach. However, in the works of these and other scientists are not given the dependence of the stages and technology of professional self-development trainer in the structure of its educational path. Consider this ratio on the example of system of additional professional education.
