Infrastructure has a great impact on the efficiency of production facilities and complexes in the Arctic regions. Infrastructure development also contributes to the successful development of mineral resources and the development of mineral resource complexes, which in turn requires the development and implementation of working logistics schemes. At the present stage, there is an acute shortage of infrastructure (social, transport, energy, etc.) in the regions of the Far North, Siberia and the Far East, and the development of the Northern Sea Route can solve many contradictions and difficulties of the Arctic region. The authors believe that it is necessary to create a unified territorial production complex, which will be aimed at solving a set of problems, including not only infrastructure and logistics solutions, but will also be able to improve the quality of life of the population of the Arctic regions.
