Тhe stages of implementation of the main directions of import substitution in the formation of food security in the region

The article presents the results of the analysis in the field of competitiveness of agricultural production of basic types of food, as well as sociological research of the author. The stages of food import substitution are developed and presented, and its effectiveness is shown, including the example of the Perm region.
