Ethical and pedagogical risks of using artificial intelligence in higher education

The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) into higher education opens up new opportunities for personalizing learning, automating routine tasks, and increasing the efficiency of the educational process. However, its use is associated with a number of ethical and pedagogical risks, including a threat to academic integrity, a decrease in critical thinking among students, depersonalization of education, and discrimination in algorithmic decisions. This article examines the key challenges associated with the use of AI in universities and suggests possible ways to minimize them.
