Ethical basis of education of the personnel of the internal affairs bodies in individual states of Central Asia

The article is devoted to the analysis of national regulatory legal sources of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, which consolidate the conceptual approaches adopted in the specified Central Asian states to solving important educational tasks with the personnel of the internal affairs bodies, aimed at forming in each employee a correct understanding of the format of ethics of their official and everyday behavior. Identifying the list of current legal documents addressed to the studied subject field, the author draws special attention to the existence of a strong connection between the ethics of behavior of «soldiers of law and order» and trust in them on the part of society.
