Etymology of the powers of the property in the terminology of property law

Purpose: To study the history of development and establishment of property rights in a system of property rights in Russia and other law and order in the material base of branch values and associated terms to conduct semantic and legal analysis of these definitions. Methodology: The author used historical-political-legal specifically, etymological and formal-logical methods. Results: We investigated the semantic framework concepts and the changes that have happened to them. The study found that the institution of property is not always straightforward as the very perception of the legal and linguistic reading powers. Novelty/originality/value: In the course of the study, where basic terms the institution of property were considered through the prism of their linguistic and legal component, allowing to see the institution of property in a slightly different interpretation.
