Ethnofunctional approach in the formation of linguistic identity

In this article the author develops further proposed earlier idea ethnofunctional approach in the formation of linguistic identity at the present stage of development of the world crisis not only in Economics, but mainly in the field of culture. The author offers ethnofunctional approach, based on the priority system is not "universal" ideological values declared by the concept of globalism and multiculturalism, and associated with a particular ethno-cultural tradition based on the formation of a thesaurus of linguistic identity. The author offers his definition of "concept". In the context of globalization and openness of the society to other value systems actualized the problem of the education of man, able to take responsibility for their own value choice, identity and self actualization. In conclusion, the author makes a conclusion that the education of national dignity youth by means of the formation of value attitude to the native language and native culture can and should become a state priority.
