Ethnocultural tourism in the context of social changes in the practices of tourists and travelers

The article examines ethnocultural tourism in the context of social changes in the practices of modern tourists and travelers. On the basis of empirical research, Torah analyzes the experience of social interactions between tourists and local residents in the Russian regions. A meaningful analysis of the factors and components of the development of ethnocultural tourism is carried out on the example of the Saratov region and the Volga Federal District, management solutions are proposed to promote and popularize unique ethnocultural tours, which allows you to go beyond the tourist and recreational destination, to make ethnocultural tourism a strategic direction for the development of Russian domestic tourism.
