Programme of ethno-cultural education and upbringing in the process of mother tongue studies

In this work the new approach to the study of the mother tongue is substantiated. The core of the programme lies in the ethno-cultural text about traditions, customs, rites, holidays, oral-folk art, and symbols of Russian people. Grammatical, educational and developing problems are solved on the material of this text. Universality of the program is in the fact that the ethno-cultural texts can be used in both traditional and alternative programs.
