The purpose of this article is to pay attention of trainers and practicing teachers to the need to create and use in the educational process ethnically oriented electronic systems for the Russian language teaching in multicultural groups of pre-university classes in Russia. The relevance of the study is conrmed by the specicity of the target audience of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) and Russian universities in general. The paper identies and describes the ethnopsychological characteristics of the Chinese with a view to be used in methodologies of teaching the Russian language in electronic format
