The evolution of legal responsibility for improper treatment

The article describes the evolution of the responsibility of medical workers for the provision of medical services, from ancient times to the present. The emergence of the science of medical errors - erology is considered, the purpose of which is to analyze and further prevent the repetition of errors. Due to the fact that recently the number of claims against medical workers for compensation for moral damage has increased, it is concluded that there is insufficient legal protection of doctors from unscrupulous patients.
