The evolution of childhood receptions in the context of socio-cultural transformations

The article is devoted to the analysis of the transformation of the perception of childhood as a socio cultural phenomenon in historical retrospect and in the modern context. The article examines the dynamics of changes in the status of childhood from antiquity to the postmodern era, including the in uence of key historical, philosophical and cultural paradigms. Attention is focused on the in uence of typography, philosophical concepts of the Enlightenment era, as well as changes in educational and educational practices on the formation of a modern understanding of childhood. The work also explores the consequences of globalization and postmodernism, leading to the blurring of boundaries between childhood and adult hood, the loss of childhood's sacred status and its instrumentalization in modern culture. The article analyzes new challenges for upbringing and socialization, including the crisis of intergenerational relations and the weakening of traditional institutions of socialization. The article o ers an interdisciplinary approach to the study of childhood as a complex and multi layered socio cultural construct re ecting key changes in society.
