Evolutional and institutional foundation of “economic miracle”

The purpose of the article is to determine the choice and selection of institutional arrangements instrumental in the economic growth and development of the country. The goal of the study is to determine the methodology of the research based on the genotypic matrix describing a particular system incorporating final economic results. The levels of the matrix are effective in the development of economic cycles' content and other significant factors influencing economic growth. “Economic miracle” occurs when economic policy of the country or the region corresponds with the institutional logic of economic processes reflected in the structure of the genotypic matrix designed to maximize the outcome of the economic system in focus.
