Legal liability for anti-doping rule violations

The article considers the issue of legal liability for violation of anti-doping rules in sports. The author analyzes legislation, international norms and rules, as well as precedents related to this issue. The main thesis is that tougher measures of responsibility for violations in the field of anti-doping are necessary to ensure honesty and fair competition in sports. The authors draw attention to the consequences that can be for athletes, coaches and sports organizations in the event of an anti-doping rule violation. Thus, the article calls for stricter liability for violations of anti-doping rules in order to protect integrity in sports and preserve the continuity of sports values.
