Legal liability for violations of compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of mining of widespread minerals on the example of the ministry of natural resources and environment of the Republic of Khakassia

This article deals with such an offense as non-compliance with the legislation in the field of subsoil use, namely, illegal extraction of widespread mineral resources by an individual entrepreneur. Bringing an individual entrepreneur to legal responsibility in accordance with the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, as well as recovering the damage caused to the subject of the Russian Federation by applying to the judicial authorities.
