Legal nature of the contract of trust management of property

The article deals with the issue of the legal nature of the institution of trust management of property. Several theories regarding the emergence of this legal phenomenon are presented for review. In addition, the essence of this institute is compared with the theories put forward by scientists and practicing lawyers. Also, the scientific research substantiates the place of this institution in the domestic legal system. The article analyzes the positive and negative features that may be inherent in this type of legal relationship.
