The legal nature of the law of legislative initiative and the terminology of legislative initiative

The article analyzes lawmaking as an element of state activity in the field of legal education, the stages of the legislative process, and various approaches to determining the right of legislative initiative in the Kyrgyz Republic. The subject matter and the procedure for the implementation of the right of legislative initiative are analyzed. The historical analysis of scientific views that preceded modern developments in the field of lawmaking is carried out. Attention is drawn to the existing problems of implementing the right of legislative initiative.
