Legal and actual provision of environmental safety in Russia

The author points out that in federal legislation and strategic planning documents, increased attention is paid to ensuring environmental safety: directions; rationing in the field of the environment; requirements for organizations whose activities may negatively affect or negatively affect the environment, etc. The actual provision of environmental safety is hampered by established production and the risks of misuse of budgetary funds.
