The legal basis for the need to regulate the legal status of SPAM in the Russian Federation

The key problem raised in the study is the lack of proper legal regulation of the use of spam calls by legal entities, as well as electronic and SMS spam mailings. The aforementioned gap in the Russian legislation leads to a violation of citizens' rights to rest, involving people in intrusive and annoying advertising conversations outside of their working hours. In addition, the gap described above, albeit indirectly, but infringes on the principle of inviolability of the home, private life.
