Development of the rural healthcare: measuring efficiency of the state program

When studying the Talmensky region situation it has been discovered that the negative tendencies in the rural population health increased during the period of the socio-economic reforms, though the level of healthcare in the region has been considered to be high. Due to different reasons (budgetary, political etc.) medical aid (including its hi-tech segment) was inaccessible to the rural population. The National Project Health has fulfilled its basic tasks: the accessibility of medical aid to the rural population improved, its quality increased.
