To assess the effectiveness of the university teacher’s work (reading the colleagues’ book)

Polemical mainstreaming of the content of colleagues’ publication, development of a number of its key positions aimed at the improving of the higher education institutions’ management in the part of the organization of teachers’ work, the effectiveness of university teachers’ work associated with the problems of higher school management are presented to the reader. The contribution of presented study in discussed monograph in the problems of higher school management is noted; ideas that can complement presented concept in the monograph are generated; some doubts about a number of certain positions of the authors are put; alternative
