Phenomenon of conscience in psychology

The paper contains the perceptions of conscience in foreign and domestic psychology. It distinguishes the approaches to understanding of conscience from the point of view of sociocentric and anthropocentric positions. Conscience is also considered from the ontological point of view, as a person's realization of his individuality and essence.
