On the practical and legal issue of countering terrorism and terrorist acts in the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this research work, some practical and legal issues of an international nature are considered, in particular, the issues of countering terrorism in the Russian Federation, and some tools for improving the institute of countering terrorism as an institution of the constitutional state in the Russian Federation are proposed for consideration. The importance of the chosen subject of scientific research is predetermined by the essential role of the institute for combating terrorism within the framework of the concept of any constitutional state. The authors believe that consideration of some legal changes in recent years and the scientific positions of figures in the field under study can lead to the solution of a separate number of issues in terms of preventing and suppressing the activities of terrorist groups.
