The formation of personnel reserve for civil service

Problems and prospects of legal regulation of the personnel reserve institute for state civil servants are considered, the mechanism of formation of the personnel reserve is considered taking into account law enforcement practice. At present, in Russia, the formation of the personnel reserve is aimed at ensuring the realization of the constitutional right of citizens to equal access to public service. There is a need to improve the competitive system of filling the posts of the state civil service. In conclusion, it is concluded that an important vector in the development of the legal regulation of the personnel reserve is the formation of a mechanism for the promotion of civil servants in the personnel reserve.
