Concerning the problem of national and cultural identity development (risks of the information age)

This article deals with the problems of information in the modern society. It discusses the risks of the information era, the changes triggered by the development of cyberspace and leading to the formation of a new type of culture - the culture of global dialogue, as well as appearance of new identities. Moreover, the author considers the possibility of reducing risk by finding the country's national and cultural identity.
