To the problem of aesthetic categories of art as part of artistic culture

The present study examines tragic, terrible, lowly, as basic aesthetic categories transmitted by artistic photography. The phenomenon of the relationship between the beautiful and the ugly is exposed as an aesthetic aspect of existence. The author explains the ability of art photography to carry the phenomenon or object from the plane of the everyday forms into highly artistic appearance. We prove the primacy of the ethic content and the artist's character in the process of transformation of reality into an artistic image.
