In the course of the conducted scientific and practical experiment we have established that the use of probiotic A2 and biological preparation Bovistim-K provides the power of stimulation of erythropoiesis and hematopoiesis, thereby maximizing the hemoglobin content and the formation of erythrocytes in accordance with generally accepted calves. The maximum therapeutic effect was observed with the combined use of these agents. Also known are the tendencies of a rapid increase in the number of leukocytes responsible for phagocytosis and the cellular link of non-specific resistance of the organism. The tested immunostimulating drugs form a consistent leukocytosis, eosinophilia, permissible neutropenia with a shift of the neutrophilic nucleus to the right and lymphocytosis, which activated the non-specific resistance of the organism. The complex use of limiting agents during the period of post-embryonic development involves limiting the level of phagocytic activity of neutrophils in the blood. It is also worth noting that the drugs stimulated humoral factors of non-specific resistance of the body, including lysozyme activity, bactericidal activity of serum and the level of immunoglobulins, with the greatest effect when used in combination. The pronounced prophylactic effectiveness of the tested immunostimulating agents in calves with enteritis forms of escherichiosis and tricheobronchitis during the growing period has been experimentally proven, which is clearly confirmed by the dynamics of the Mellenberg coefficient. Thus, the combined use of the probiotic agent A2 and the biological drug Bovistim-K during the period of postembryonic development of calves under the influence of polyetiological stress factors stimulates the adaptive capabilities of the body for low ambient temperatures, initiation of hematopoietic processes, prevention of respiratory and digestive diseases, as well as a more complete implementation of the genetic ability of body productivity during the growing process.
