To the problem of stage anxiety as one of the important factors in musical performance practice

The author identifies the main causes of stage fright and identifies specific action algorithms that modern musicians must follow to ensure high-quality and productive performance on stage. The author argues that many outstanding musicians of the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries also experienced stage fright in their professional work. However, musicians in this profession have learned to find advantages in this condition, which has consistently contributed to successful concert performances. Currently, the problem of stage fright in musical performance is a priority. For this reason, this work is distinguished not only by its relevance but also by the practical focus of its recommendations for professional musicians, teachers, and students of music schools on improving their understanding of the processes occurring on stage.
