The study of influence of connective tissue dysplasia on the risk of the gastrointestinal tract рathology in 102 patients with diabetes mellitus types 1 and 2 was conducted. The obtained data allow to assume a role of the acquired metabolic collagen disorders in the development of gastrointestinal disease in patients with diabetes mellitus type1, that promotes weighting of a current of a diabetes and decrease in the rehabilitation possibilities. This is associated with disorders disease In patients with diabetes mellitus types 2. Connective tissue рathology does not affect the development of gastrointestinal disease that, undoubtedly, is connected with comorbid diabetes course.
