The study addresses the pressing issue of finding plant-based remedies that promote faster wound healing. The research aims to identify effective and safe wound-healing agents derived from the flora of the Baikal region. Based on data from written sources of traditional medicine and folk knowledge about the use of medicinal agents for treating wounds, a list of the most commonly used plants, or rather their extracts, has been compiled. Special attention is given to biologically active substances responsible for accelerating the regeneration of damaged tissues, including microelements. Through information-analytical research, promising sources for obtaining new effective and safe wound-healing agents have been identified, specifically a dry extract from Cacalia hastata that exhibits pronounced wound-healing properties.
