On adaptation of advanced professional education to global problems of humanity

He article systematizes the challenges of our time that influence the development of advanced professional education. They are grouped into five spheres of life: global world; labour and labour relations; demography and family relations; interaction and communications; standard and style of live. It has been proven that all of them have both a negative and a positive impact on the system of education. We have proposed individual management scenarios that allow the system of advanced professional education to adapt to the listed global problems of humanity. Due to its mobility, flexibility and agility, advanced professional education first responds to changes in the environment, encouraging subsequent transformations at other levels of education system.
