To the relationship between a subjective career and continuing education

Introduction. For the first time in Russia, the relationship between a professional's attitude toward a subjective career and readiness for continuing education is being investigated. Therefore, a contradiction arises: on the one hand, continuing education is a prerequisite for a subjective career; on the other hand, there is no research on psychological predictors of a subjective career, which determines the relevance of the study.
