Some issues of administrative proceedings on challenging the results of determining the cadastral value in the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this scientific article, the theoretical foundations are studied, the practical significance of the insolvency (bankruptcy) procedure is determined, and some procedural issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) in relation to persons with the status of an individual entrepreneur are highlighted. The relevance of the research topic is largely characterized by the need to develop the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy), taking into account procedural aspects in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings for persons with the status of individual entrepreneurs. At present, it is fair to say that this institution has a significant impact on the legality of the proper provision of constitutional rights of citizens and legal entities. Moreover, effective regulation of the legislative framework and regulation of the activities of legal entities, including individual elements of the legal mechanism within the framework of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy), is a fundamental provision not only for the legal provision of financial and credit obligations by economic entities, but also necessary for the improvement of individual economic processes. In this regard, it is important to establish a clear interpretation of regulations containing provisions on the conditions for the implementation of the insolvency (bankruptcy) procedure in relation to individual entrepreneurs.
