On the issue of disciplinary liability of bailiffs in the framework of enforcement proceedings

This article is devoted to issues related to the legal regulation of bringing bailiffs to various types of legal liability within the framework of their professional activities. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the current state of the work of bailiffs in Russia is not exemplary and there are a huge number of court disputes related to the activities of bailiffs who have committed offenses of various categories of public danger. Of particular importance is the study of this issue, taking into account the fact that bailiffs are civil servants who are obliged to meet the interests and rights of citizens and organizations, and the norms of law that enshrine legal responsibility in the case of offenses committed by bailiffs are not systematized among themselves.
