On the question of the forms of information and analytical documents used in diplomatic practice

Within the framework of this article, topical issues related to the variety of types of reports on the activities of the foreign policy apparatus are considered. The article analyzed the concept of "diplomatic document", as well as the meaning of the design, external expression of the work done by the highest state bodies engaged in the representation of the country at the international level. The main idea is the idea of compliance of business documents with the instructions and provisions established by this legislation in the field of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Information and analytical documents in diplomatic activity are considered from the position of superdepartmental - intradepartmental and diplomatic correspondence at the external level. The research is based on the analysis of Russian legislation, international legal documents and the practice of their application.
