To the question of forms of municipal-private partnership

The article analyzes the concept of municipal-private partnership and the norms of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 224-ФЗ “On Public-Private Partnership, Municipal-Private Partnership in the Russian Federation”, considers such forms of municipal-private partnership due to Russian practice as investment agreements (contracts with investment obligations of a private business), concessions (concession agreements) and combining various types of work and property relations.
