On the issue of the information and analytical documents’ form in the internal affairs bodies

The article considers the forms of information and analytical documents prepared both in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and other government bodies. The normative legal regulation providing for the preparing this type of documents is analyzed. It is concluded that there is no single list of information and analytical documents, the forms of which are fixed in various orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the areas of operational service activities, as well as the need for a unified legal regulation of the conceptual framework and forms of information and analytical documents.
