To the question of the formation and development of psychological security of the personality of an employee of the department of internal affairs

This article discusses the issues of psychological security of the employee's personality that are relevant for the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The author of the article highlights the specific features of psychological security, which largely depend on the service life and the necessary qualities acquired during it. Particular attention is paid to the components of which the psychological security of the individual directly consists, namely: cognitive, emotional - evaluative and behavioral. Based on these data, as well as various studies carried out by theoretical and practical scientists, it was possible to conclude that there is a certain set of personal qualities that make it possible to ensure professional safety in the performance of official tasks. However, not only those personal qualities that are inherent in the employee are important, but also those that he acquires in the process of training and later on while serving in the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Russian Federation. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that it can serve as a visual representation of how the psychological security of a person is formed, as well as help improve the learning process, directly aimed at its formation and development.
