The relevance of the research involves a number of circumstances, including: the situation in the labour market, modernization of the education system, the loss of connection of educational institutions with employers. However, a critical analysis of relevant literature has identified a number of shortcomings theoretical, methodological and methodical character: the ambiguity of interpretation of the key concepts of the research, the imperfection of the existing methodological tools, the lack of mechanisms of interaction of key counterparties.
