On the issue of teachers’ readiness to work with students with deviant forms of behavior

Modern education is meaningfully focused on various categories of children, including those requiring special attention of professionals. Meanwhile, teachers themselves feel the need for additional competencies aimed at correct interaction with students who have shown deviant forms of personality behavior. The mastery of socio-pedagogical competencies by teachers will make it possible to more effectively organize communication with such students and their parents (legal representatives), build a trajectory of joint activities to eliminate problems of socialization and re-socialization, reduce the risks of implemented professional orientation and pre-professional training. The participation House of Student Youth “Magnet” in the implementation of a regional innovation platform on the topic “Prevention of juvenile delinquency “risk zones” and “risk groups” through career guidance and pre-professional training in conditions of additional education” makes the indicated problem relevant for the teachers involved in this project. In the article, the authors conduct a brief analysis of the literature, clarify the essence of socio-pedagogical activity, substantiate the relevance of the problem of formation of teachers’ readiness to work with students who have shown deviant behaviors, structural components of the desired readiness, analyze the formation of readiness to work with this category of students from teachers of the institution.
