On the issue of the quality of drawing up protocols of investigative actions

When drawing up protocols of investigative actions, investigators make gross mistakes, which manifests itself in incompleteness or violations of the presentation of the course of the investigative action and in the admission of terminological errors. In order to prevent and eradicate this negative trend, the author argues for the need to consolidate the principles of completeness and reliability, as well as the requirements for the terminological correctness of the protocols of investigative actions in the RF Criminal Procedure Code.
