On the classification of document s state cultural policy

The problems of documenting the state cultural policy has been considered. The place, a species-specific features, content and structural characteristics of strategic planning documents in the field of culture (including in the context of the Federal Law "On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation") has been identified. Definition of some of the concepts of strategic planning documents has been proposed, the problems of content of a document "concept" and "strategy" has been affected. A scheme of classification of strategic planning documents in the field of culture has been submitted. A comparison of documents of the federal and regional levels, the analysis some of prepared and approved strategic planning documents in the field of culture has been compared. Operating at the federal level, the concept of the development of certain areas in the field of culture has been considered and the measures for further improvement of the considered activities has been proposed.
