On the question of the constitutional legal status of foreign citizens in Russia

The purpose of this work is to determine general trends, patterns and characteristic features of the development of this area within the framework of Russian law, to assess and integrate theoretical and practical knowledge on issues related to the constitutional and legal status of foreigners in Russia. A deep analysis of the legal and regulatory framework is required, which establishes the principles of the constitutional and legal status of foreigners on the territory of the Russian Federation. At the same time, in the process of studying materials on this topic, we will use a comprehensive system for researching the fundamental areas of Russian law.
