To the question concerning a constitutional delict

The author analyses the existing approaches to the concept of constitutional delict as a basis of the constitutional and legal responsibility. The author analyses constitutional delict in connection with both breaking the constitutional and legal bases, and acting which contradicts to the general principles and idea of the fundamental law and which is in contrary to the language of the Constitution.
