On the question of constitutional limitations of the rights and freedoms of human and citizen

Within the framework of this article, topical issues related to the constitutional concept of "restriction of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen" are considered. The article analyzes the concept of "constitutional restriction of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen", and also identifies the goals of restricting rights and freedoms. The main idea is the idea of conformity of the limitations of the rights of society put forward by the legislation with the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, international standards. Restrictions on rights and freedoms are considered under the conditions of general and special legal regimes - states of emergency and martial law. The study is based on the analysis of Russian legislation, international legal documents and the practice of their application.
