To the issue of the correctness of the use of municipal legal categories in the public space

Within the framework of this article, attention is drawn to the need to use exclusively the normatively established content of municipal legal categories in public official circulation, since different variations of «distortions» and author's interpretations lead to ambiguity, inaccuracies and uncertainties in the formation of the true essence and purpose of local self-government, as well as the municipal government apparatus being formed in municipal entities.
