On the issue of criminalistic characteristics of crimes, related to the illegal production and (or) turnover of ethanol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products

The article is devoted to the analysis of elements of criminalistic characteristics of crimes related to the illegal production and (or) trafficking of ethanol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products based on statistics and judicial practice. Such elements of criminalistic characteristics as the subject, the method of committing a crime, the situation, the mechanism of trace formation and the personality of the criminal are considered. The necessity of possession of data on the interrelationships of elements for the criminalistic characteristics of crimes related to the illegal production and (or) turnover of ethanol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, for the successful identification, disclosure and investigation of these crimes is substantiated.
